Following up on my <a title=\"Coming soon to the BFFS booking scheme\" href=\"https:\/\/forestrowfilmsociety.org\/news\/2013\/03\/coming-soon-to-the-bffs-booking-scheme\/\">annotated list of titles<\/a> that are coming soon to the <a href=\"http:\/\/bffs.org.uk\/services\/blockbooking\/\">BFFS booking scheme<\/a>, these are the ones that have recently been added, apart from the <a href=\"http:\/\/bffsbookingscheme.wordpress.com\/2013\/02\/07\/a-fantasy-programme\/\">MPLC<\/a> and Park Circus lists.<\/p>\n<p>The only ones I haven&#8217;t listed here are the classic Sherlock Holmes titles, starring Basil Rathbone, about which Bryony recently write <a href=\"http:\/\/bffsbookingscheme.wordpress.com\/2013\/02\/22\/new-titles-classic-sherlock-holmes\/\">a useful piece<\/a> on the BFFS Booking Scheme blog.<\/p>\n<p>There are some really cracking titles here, and some intriguing, little-known ones that deserve a wider audience. As I&#8217;ve been going through them all, I&#8217;m left with an overwhelming sense that programming next year is going to be very hard&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrqe.com\/movie_reviews\/2-days-in-new-york-m100098752\">2 Days in New York<\/a>, Julie Delpy, Ger\/Fra\/Bel 2012: Could be one for our light and funny strand, perhaps?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrqe.com\/movie_reviews\/darbareye-elly-m100082365\">About Elly<\/a>, Asghar Farhadi, Iran 2009: Earlier film from the director of <em>A Separation<\/em><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/miff.com.au\/films\/view?film_id=124021\">Alois Nebel<\/a>, Tom\u00e1s Lun\u00e1k, Cze\/Ger 2011: Amazing-looking animation based on a graphic novel. One of the greats of world cinema<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrqe.com\/movie_reviews\/call-me-kuchu-m100101841\">Call Me Kuchu<\/a>, Katherine Fairfax Wright\/Malika Zouhali-Worrall, US 2012: A big hit at the last London Film Festival<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrqe.com\/movie_reviews\/carancho-m100088213\">Carancho<\/a>, Pablo Trapero, Argentina 2010: Modern, brutal noir with lots of great reviews, including from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/film\/2012\/mar\/01\/carancho-review\">Peter Bradshaw<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrqe.com\/movie_reviews\/circumstance-m100094053\">Circumstance<\/a>, Maryam Keshavarz, Fra\/US\/Ira 2011: Provocative film from an Iranian director who is worth looking out for<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrqe.com\/movie_reviews\/il-conformista-m100012281\">The Conformist<\/a>, Bernardo Bertolucci, Ita\/Fra\/Ger 1970: Bertolucci&#8217;s dazzling masterpiece.
