A satirical adaptation of the novella by Dostoyevsky. Hopeless Simon (Jesse Eisenberg) is a meek and downtrodden office clerk with everything against him. He is, however, shocked when his firm hires James (also Eisenberg), his shamelessly confident double who is his exact physical double but in every other way quite the opposite from him. With clever movingly funny scenes this is a tight study of self identity.<\/p>\n
