On 4 August 2011 the Metropolitan Police carried out a \u2018hard stop\u2019 on a taxi carrying Mark Duggan, who was then shot by a police officer. The incident sparked off the now infamous Tottenham riots. George Amponsah\u2019s insightful, humanising documentary picks up the story from where the media left off.<\/p>\n
